Bringing a talented group of riders together and guiding them toward the team goal while recognizing their personal goals can be challenging. Laura has ridden as a solo rider, as a team of two, and on some of the best women's teams in the country. She has a deep appreciation for how important team cohesion is to success and how to nurture and motivate riders to achieve the team goal for one day and throughout the season. Laura will provide race day preparation/planning advice, sponsor protocol, team strategy, course insight, and will conduct post race discussion with follow up.

Let Laura arrange a cycling camp or clinic for your team in her area (Northeastern PA) or in one of the many places she has spent training (Santa Barbara, CA, Anniston, AL, Sutton's Bay, Michigan). Laura could also join your team at their annual camp for one or multiple days. Planning a camp around a race event is also an option that might appeal to teams wanting to gain an edge by familiarizing themselves with the terrain and courses. Group presentations in a more casual atmosphere are another option where she is able to share her knowledge and experience on topics such as sponsor relationships, race strategy, motivation, life balance, race preparation, and training.

25 plus years of racing experiences have given Laura an innate knowledge of riders and race courses. Her first livestream commentary was for the Liberty Classic in 2015 with a repeat performance in 2016. Having first hand knowledge of the course and the athletes Laura provided valuable insight to the viewers about the racing action, teams, and individual participants.

Laura's humble beginnings on the bike began with charity rides for MS. Laura was the event director for the 2015 Wilmington Grand Prix, a National Criterium Calendar race. Specifics of this event included a Ride with the Pros, Individual Time Trial, Criterium, and culminated with a Grand Fondo which included participation from the Mayor of Wilmington. The Wilmington Grand Prix has been a success for over 9 years and the multi-day format was perfect for building cycling enthusiasm for the community.
